Say No to Fur
Swimmer Amanda Beard bared all in support of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). The goal of the ad was to expose the fur industry in China. However, fur is processed and sold all over the world, and it’s impossible to trace exactly where it’s coming from so the best thing to do is to not wear any fur. Fur coats, boots and hats come from minks, foxes, dogs and cats that are put in small wire cages until it’s time to skin them. Animals shouldn’t have to have these traumatic experiences just so people can wear their fur. If you want to get involved and reduce the amount of fur being purchased, take the pledge and say no to fur industry.
