Supersize Me - Watch It!
Humanity’s issue with consumption doesn’t stop at material possessions. It also happens with food. “Supersize Me”, now available on iTunes, shows the negative affects that fast food can have on a person’s health. This Sundance award-winning film by Morgan Spurlock delves into issues such as obesity in America, school lunches, nutrition education and corporate responsibility. Spurlock went on a strict diet, which involved eating food from McDonald’s for a month.
After watching this video, you will come to realize that having a more organic and natural lifestyle is beneficial for your well-being. Also when you purchase organic food and buy from local farms, you are helping the environment too.

Yes, this is a very good movie, really shows what fast food does to you.
