Use One Thing for Many Things

Published by catseyeediting at 1:08 am under Action, Education Edit This

In our busy lives, it’s usually easier to go out and buy something that you need rather than take time to think about other ways we can get something done with items already in our home. I found a website (http://www.realsimple.com/realsimple/gallery/print/0,22304,1030084,00.html) that provides 101 uses for basic household items such as salt, lemons, newspapers, coffee filters, dryer sheets, etc.

vinegar.jpgThe uses are creative and practical. For example, would you have thought of using olive oil to dust wooden furniture? Or would you have thought of using vinegar to kill weeds on your sidewalk? Before wasting money and new material, assess the items you have in your kitchen or bathroom, because you probably can get more uses out of them than you imagined.
